DESCRIPTION

• Dựa theo base skill của bạn, bạn sẽ vào team tương ứng và phụ trách các nhiệm vụ liên quan được giao phó bởi team leader khi không có dự án về Salesforce

• Khi có dự án Salesforce:

1. Tham gia thực hiện việc thiết kế, tùy chỉnh, phát triển ứng dụng và tích hợp hệ thống trên các dịch vụ nền tảng của Salesforce.

2. Phân tích và làm rõ các nhu cầu của khách hàng.

3. Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu các tính năng của Salesforce để đáp ứng cho khách hàng các giải pháp toàn diện.

4. Training cho các thành viên mới tìm hiểu về salesforce (không bắt buộc).

REQUIREMENTS

• Từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế & phát triển các sản phẩm CRM dựa trên nền tảng salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Lightning Platform, ...)
• Khả năng giao tiếp Tiếng Anh thành thạo.
• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, sẵn sàng học hỏi những kiến thức mới.
• Có khả năng làm việc nhóm & làm việc độc lập.
• Có các chứng chỉ liên quan tới salesforce là một lợi thế.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Google Cloud là một lợi thế
• Biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế
Priority*

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform products
• Good technical documentation and diagramming skills;
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken);
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment;
• Experience supporting a production service;
• Knowledge of any of the following: Python, Bash, SQL, Terraform.
