2. Responsible for C&B topics such as bonuses calculation, annual salary review, personnel cost planning, etc.
3. Handle administration tasks.
4. Engage other HR-related topics like HR policies/guidelines, HR Compliance policy, and administration.
5. Support the HR team in hiring.
6. Working directly with HQ
